how it all began
Our Story
I always loved Vintage or antique things be it a hooptie car, Lambretta scooter or the Hercules bicycle or may be genre paintings or the utensils made of glass, wood or clay.
I’m a Chef by profession for 20 years now & I’ve had many privileges to work with Michelin Star Chefs from different Cuisines around the world in Australia, Europe & America.
Over these years, I must have cooked for million guests but the only food that truly satisfies me is Our local food, however I wanted to give it a fusion, i.e. To keep it Traditional and authentic but with a modern twist – hence this remained our Tag line! With this desire and passion for native food, I opened ‘Vintage’ Restaurant on 20th Oct 2019.
